There are times where bacon isn’t appropriate, but, let’s be honest; it isn’t often. The locally owned food trucks we use typically can add bacon to dishes, especially if we know if advance. Typically a burger truck is good to have some bacon on hand. While it may be slightly hard to believe, not every food truck has bacon on board ready to go. Simply put, there isn’t enough room on the truck for the fields of bacon and it has to be harvested very carefully. Slicing away the strips from the plant, takes a steady hand, training and complete focus. 

We cater for all kinds of parties, gatherings, weddings and even funerals. The last one is tough, but, better to have tasty food while celebrating a loved one than not. Kids birthday parties are also a blast and most kids get seriously excited when then find out we’re bringing bacon. Ok, some of the kids might be dads, but really we are all just big kids aren’t we? If you can’t admit that we can still be friends, but, we’ll be keeping an eye on you.
